At HiSpirits Technologies, we strive to deliver quality IT services, digital solutions, and customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be granted for our services.


1. Services Eligibility for Refund

Due to the nature of our services (custom software development, web/app development, digital strategy, support & maintenance), returns are not applicable. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Project-based Services:
    If you’ve purchased a custom development service and are dissatisfied due to non-delivery, significant deviation from agreed scope, or failure to meet key deliverables within the timelines (as documented in a signed agreement), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund after a formal review.

  • Support & Maintenance Plans:
    You may cancel any recurring monthly or yearly support plan by providing a written notice. Refunds will only be issued for unused full months of service.

  • Training or Consultation Services:
    If you cancel a training or consultation at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund. No refunds for missed or last-minute cancellations.


2. Digital Licenses

In case of downloadable licenses, or digital tools:

  • Once a digital license is delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds unless the license is proven defective or non-functional.


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our billing team at support@hispirits.biz or through our Contact Page. Include:

  • Your full name

  • Date of transaction

  • Details of the service purchased

  • Reason for the refund request


4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services were completed or delivered as per the agreement.

  • Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., lack of response, incomplete requirements).

  • Changes in business decisions after project initiation.

  • Third-party service fees (domain, hosting, third-party licenses) are non-refundable.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Exact time may vary depending on your payment provider.


6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
